Dante Fabbro agrees to a new contract with the Blue Jackets after re-igniting his NHL career as Zach Werenski's defensive partner.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed defenseman Dante Fabbro to a four-year, $16.5 million contract extension ($4.125 million AAV) through the 2028-29 National Hockey League season, club President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Don Waddell announced today.

The Senators announced re-signing the 37-year-old Giroux to a one-year, $2 million contract that features an additional $2.75 million in bonus incentives.
