Alaska Airlines said it expects a 6 percentage-point hit to revenue in the second quarter. The carrier, which merged with Hawaiian Airlines last year, said it wouldn't update its full-year forecast because of "economic uncertainty and volatility" but that it expects to remain profitable in 2025.

The outlook came as the airline posted a wider loss and lower-than-expected revenue in the first quarter. Shares fell after-hours.
