U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. - Parts of Lehigh County are getting slammed with heavy rain, and that has led to flooded roads in spots. Shawnna sent us a photo of a car stuck in some deep water at Route 309 in Upper Saucon Township. There have been reports of water rescues in Upper Saucon and Lower Milford townships.
Flash flooding is possible from thunderstorms with potential rainfall rates of 3-5 inches within hours, particularly threatening urban areas and areas near streams.
