Former NBA champion Kevin Durant reportedly didn't want to rejoin Steph Curry and Co. after spending recent seasons in Phoenix.

Two days removed from being traded to his third new team since leaving the Warriors in 2019, terminally online NBA superstar Kevin Durant got into an online scuffle with an ex-Golden State beat writer over a new story about Durant’s legacy.

That narrative has resurfaced with Durant's trade to Houston. In a recent article for The Ringer NBA reporter Logan Murdock reported one of the reasons Durant nixed a possible Warriors trade was because of issues with head coach Steve Kerr.
