Serena Williams is back in the headlines. But it's not for her award-winning tennis skills, but something else entirely!
The younger Williams last played at the 2022 U.S. Open, which was her swan song as she revealed she was "evolving" from tennis—essentially retiring. However, Williams recently posted a video of herself hitting tennis balls on a court to social media, causing fans to wonder whether she was teasing a return to the sport in some way.
The tennis superstar has spoken about her health issues to raise awareness — and now taken on a role to help women prioritize their own health for Ritual. As the brand's Woman's Health Advisor, she's speaking up about encouraging women to speak out.
Outside of raising two daughters — 7-year-old Olympia and 1-year-old Adira River — with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, Serena has her hands in many buckets, including running a venture capital firm, co-owning a WNBA team, and more. But even as she continues to expand her empire, somehow the focus always comes back to Serena's appearance.
The former tennis superstar says she is working on her “angles” in the gym, sharing a shredded selfie looking nothing like she did on the court.
Serena Williams is serving up physical perfection. In photos shared to Instagram Thursday, the tennis great posed in a Monday Swimwear bikini top ($106), bottom ($90) and crochet skirt ($145) in a pretty shade of periwinkle blue during a glamorous yacht trip with friends.
Serena is 19-12 all-time against Venus, including 11 wins in majors and a 7-2 mark in Grand Slam finals. There was a stretch from 2002-03 where the Williams sisters played each other in the championship round of five straight majors, including twice at Wimbledon.
