If no team makes the move to trade up for Sanders, the Steelers could pounce at No. 21. They have a playoff-caliber roster marred by one of the worst quarterback situations in the league — Mason Rudolph is currently atop the depth chart. While Aaron Rodgers and Kirk Cousins are potential short-term solutions, Sanders would offer a more lasting fix.
