The Supreme Court has agreed to consider reviving a Republican challenge to an Illinois law that allows mail ballots to be counted if they are received up to two weeks after Election Day.

The Supreme Court will consider whether an Illinois Republican congressman and two federal electors can challenge the state's protocols for counting mail-in ballots received after Election Day.

The Supreme Court said Monday that it will hear an appeal from Illinois Rep. Mike Bost who wants to challenge the state’s decision to count absentee ballots after Election Day.
