Virtual learning will continue for several school districts across Oklahoma on Thursday because of the arctic blast, ice and snow that hit earlier this week.

With the Lower Shore's third major snowfall of this winter, public schools have announced virtual learning plans for Thursday, Feb. 20.

The high school already had an extra long school year, adding 13 more days to their in-person education than required by the state. The school committee then allowed the school to opt into virtual learning four times a year. Sometimes, those can be used in replacement of a snow day.
