NFL, Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys should have another shot at major production vs. the Carolina Panthers in Week 6 of the NFL season, so eye these players in fantasy football.
The Panthers returned to work on Wednesday. The Observer was at Bank of America Stadium for Jalen Coker’s return to practice to start Week 6.
The Cowboys shared encouraging injury news ahead of Sunday’s matchup with Carolina, giving Dak Prescott and the offense a major boost after their dominant win over the Jets. Key offensive linemen Guyton and Smith were limited participants after injuries, improving outlook.
This latest offseason was yet another example of the front office shooting its own roster in the foot. After an aggressive free agency period and a (tentatively) quality draft class, the Panthers started sewing the seeds of their own destruction by releasing Jadeveon Clowney for no good reason at all at the end of May.
After going down by as much as 24 points in the second half of their matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, the Panthers made a run. But despite closing the gap to five and taking control of the rock with two minutes remaining, the furious comeback fell short in a 27-22 loss.

With Tyreek Hill out for the season, Jaylen Waddle takes over as WR1. Malik Washington is expected to step up as WR2, with sixth-year veteran Nick Westbrook-Ikhine or fifth-year wideout Dee Eskridge as the WR3.
