One of the most amusing highlights of NBA All-Star Weekend this year involved San Antonio Spurs star Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama, who found a loophole during the Skills Challenge competition and ran with it.

The other Spurs in the top 20 of the most games played is Tim Duncan, at 11th, amassed over 19 seasons, and Kevin Willis, who won a ring with the Spurs in 2004. Moses Malone ended his career by playing 17 games for the Spurs.

Chris Paul claimed that he and Wembanyama had received clearance to try the unusual tactic in the All-Star game before the event began.

There was never any doubt about the boon Chris Paul could be for the young San Antonio Spurs when he signed a one-year deal over the offseason to play alongside Victor Wembanyama under Gregg Popovich.
