It seems to be associated with graphics operations. Could be a buggy video driver. I'd try switching to a different card, if only as a troubleshooting/fault isolation step.

usually i get this when i run out of room on the paging drive. windows is trying to write data to the paging file, but there's not enough hard drive space, so it goes crazy.
