Uber driver accused of sexually battering a woman on Dolphin Expressway in Miami: FHP
An Uber driver took advantage of a woman customer — forcing her to touch and perform a sexual act on him — on the side of the Dolphin Expressway late Sunday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver was identified Monday as 35-year-old Yaroslandys Elozegui Romero, according to an arrest report.
FHP: Uber driver arrested after forcing passenger to perform sex acts on side of highway
Per the arrest form, Romero pulled over onto the shoulder of SR 826, just east of LeJune Road, removed his pants and exposed himself to the victim before forcing her to touch him and perform oral sex, after which he cleaned himself off with a towel and took her to the drop-off location.
