Generally speaking, when a musician starts calling their fans ‘entitled’ on social media, it’s usually something of a red flag; a sign that they’re throwing their toys out of the pram over something as egregious as being expected to turn up to their own gigs on time or actually play their most popular songs.

“For every stop on the No Name Tour, a limited number of student tickets will be available to purchase in-person only at each venue’s box office on show day,” he wrote. “These tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis with a valid student ID (1 ticket per student ID).”

Jack White has released a new live EP and revealed a new initiative to offer college students $20 tickets to his upcoming concerts.

The east-end club History hosted the first of his three dates here; he plays the grand old Massey Hall on Friday and Saturday. And while he may be foregoing the kaleidoscopic video projections of past gigs, White is as energetic as ever as he approaches his 50th birthday.

Jack White is on the road in support of his excellent 2024 live album No Name, and having just completed a three-night stand in Toronto, White has released a No Name Live EP.

Called No Name Live, the five-song EP highlights cuts from White’s standout 2024 album No Name. It includes songs tracked at club shows in Atlanta, Denver and Hobart, Australia, among other spots. See the track list below.
