If your Caps Lock indicator is not working, it could probably be an issue with the LED, keyboard driver, etc. Here are the working fixes!

If you are in either situation, you can follow this tutorial to turn on or off Shift Lock for Touch keyboard. For your information, you can enable Shift Lock by clicking on the Shift key twice.
