Wilson, whom the Browns would like to sign as their veteran bridge quarterback, flew to Cleveland on Wednesday night and arrived at the Berea practice facility on Thursday morning. The meeting lasted into the 2 o’clock hour, at which time Wilson left the building, presumably for the airport and his trip to New York.

The Browns are expected to get a visit from free-agent quarterback Russell Wilson on Thursday, a league source confirmed for the Beacon Journal.

The Cleveland Browns have traded for one player and signed three others throughout the legal tampering/free agency period in 2025, and the team still wants to add another established vet to the quarterback room.
