My current GOTY, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, has Acts and Epilogues that keep topping each other as you move through the story, ultimately culminating in endgame content that you really need to play, as it A) also has some key story things and B) is a lot of fun.

Expedition 33's endgame is pretty nutty—for good and for ill. In case you're unfamiliar, the game allows you to equip Pictos (equipment that you have three slots for), each which come with their own passives.
