Questions and finger-pointing have increased in the days since a fire at a Massachusetts assisted-living facility killed nine and hurt dozens.

One person was detained after a Sacramento city firefighter was assaulted while responding to a request for medical aid, officials said Monday night.It happened shortly before 9 p.m. in the area of Arcade and Rio Linda boulevards in north Sacramento.

The team has been invited to the Green Fire in Shasta County to gather experiences from the recent incident and boost safety for the future.
