British Prime Minister Keir Starmer calls on Russian President Vladimir Putin to sign a cease-fire in Russia's war against Ukraine. Allies plan a peacekeeping force.

Sir Keir Starmer today warned Vladimir Putin ‘the world is watching’ as he told global leaders the Russian leader will have to come to the negotiating table ‘sooner or later’. The prime minister told around 25 world leaders from the Cabinet table inside Number 10 that Volodymyr Zelensky had ‘shown once again that Ukraine is the party of peace’.

Sir Keir Starmer has told Vladimir Putin to “stop your delaying games” after the Russian leader disregarded Donald Trump’s ceasefire deal, as the Prime Minister is set to hold peacekeeping talks. He said: “We can't allow President Putin to play games with President Trump's deal.
