The polls are closed and election results are coming in for the Public Service Commission in Georgia. Keisha Waites and Peter Hubbard were in Tuesday’s runoff seeking to win the Democratic nomination for District 3 on the PSC. The winner will face incumbent Republican Fitz Johnson in the November election.
