The Oklahoma Sooners' record run of consecutive NCAA softball championships is over at four. NiJaree Canady and Texas Tech survived for a 3-2 win to reach the WCWS finals.

For the first time since 2019, OU softball's season has ended with a loss. Texas Tech walked off the Sooners with a sacrifice fly for a 3-2 win in the WCWS semifinals.
