The U.S. Open has turned into a sprint through the soggy fairways of Oakmont following a downpour that caused a delay of 1 hour, 37 minutes.
Justin Thomas isn't sure that the U.S. Open final round should still be going in the rain on Sunday at Oakmont Country Club.
It is of no consolation to the players that, unlike most venues, the conditions don’t change much. Oakmont plays nearly as difficult for the amateur membership as it does for the world’s best pros.

If there was a place to “miss,” Hatton knew it was to the right of the green on the uphill, 314-yard par 4.
Corey Conners was among the favorites coming into the U.S. Open, but after a freak accident on Saturday, he had to pull out of the tournament.
