Quinshon Judkins remained unsigned while also facing domestic violence charges in Florida as Browns rookies and QBs reported for training camp Friday.

Browns rookies report on Friday. Second-round running back Quinshon Judkins won't be among them. Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports that Judkins, who has not yet signed, will not report to training camp on Friday.

Along with drafting Quinshon Judkins, the Browns also selected highly respected Tennessee Volunteers running back Dylan Sampson. Selecting both of these running backs was part of a plan to reestablish the rushing attack that Cleveland has lacked in recent seasons.
