Arturo Gamboa, 24, who brought a rifle to a June 14 "No Kings" protest in Salt Lake City has been released without charges.

Police responded to a shooting incident at a protest near 151 South State Street in Utah on the evening of Saturday, June 14.

Judge James Blanch signed an order to release Arturo Gamboa after state prosecutors were "unable to make an informed decision" on charges against him.
