SEATTLE — Seattle police are investigating a deadly shooting early Sunday morning at Baker Park in Ballard. According to the Seattle Police Department, dispatch received a report of a man lying unresponsive in the 8300 block of 14th Avenue Northwest at around 7:30 a.m.

The same man is also being investigated by the Bellevue Police Department, accused of stealing a different Tiffany pavé bangle in December that has a value of $16,000.
