By Dan Catchpole and Nate Raymond SEATTLE (Reuters) -Four Democratic-led states will urge a federal judge in Seattle on Thursday to block U.S. President Donald Trump's administration from enforcing the Republican's executive order curtailing the right to automatic birthright citizenship in the United States.

U.S. District Court Judge John Coughenour’s ruling in the case brought by Washington and three other states is the first in what is sure to be a long legal fight over the order’s constitutionality.
