The Astronomer CEO who was seen at Coldplay's show cozying up to the company’s chief human resources officer, has resigned, the company announced.

Astronomer announced in an X post on July 19 that its CEO Andy Byron has "tendered his resignation" following a viral Coldplay concert video.

Astronomer said that it would begin a search for Byron's successor, with co-founder Pete DeJoy serving as interim chief.
