A Fort Worth man is facing a murder charge after a road rage incident where he allegedly fatally shot a 62-year-old driver. The incident began when the victim honked at the suspect.

Police say Koby Burkhart, 22, claimed he shot Ricky Langs, 62, because he had a gun, and he was afraid of being shot. However, Langs did not have a gun in his car.

Three people were recently arrested in connection with the theft of over 150 pounds of copper wire, according to a news release from Fort Worth police. Officers responded to a suspicious person call in the 2900 block of Shamrock Avenuve on Jan. 20, where it was reported that three people appeared to remove copper cable from a building.
