Border Patrol in Sacramento arrested 11 illegal migrants during a raid at a Home Depot parking lot — including one man with 67 prior bookings in California since 1986.

The manager of one farm, Edgar Rodriguez, a U.S. citizen, said he was handcuffed, thrown to the ground and had his arm twisted behind his back after he asked to see a warrant.

California will continue to have immigration raids seen across Los Angeles and recently in Sacramento, as state and federal leaders clash over California's sanctuary state law.
