The U.S. Justice Department has sued to block tech giant HPE from acquiring Juniper Networks, the networking firm, citing antitrust concerns.

The U.S. Department of Justice is suing to prevent HPE's $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks, saying that the blockbuster deal will “reduce competition and weaken innovation.”
