Barrio Arts Festival drew large crowds to celebrate Puerto Rican culture this weekend with local art, music and food.

Immigrant advocates and community leaders say there was an “intimidating encounter” with dozens of federal agents at the Puerto Rican Museum.

Officials called the encounter “intimidating” as federal agents lingered and refused to leave the property. The Department of Homeland Security denied targeting the museum.
