London Southend Airport said on Wednesday that it has partially reopened on Wednesday after flights to and from the airport had been suspended following a plane crash that killed four foreign nationals.

Police say all four people aboard a small plane that crashed shortly after taking off from London Southend Airport on Sunday are dead.

The medical flight, chartered for a patient to be transported for treatment in the UK, crashed within the airport boundary shortly after take-off on Sunday.
