Rep. Ogles, of Tennessee, wants to amend the 22nd Amendment of the US Constitution, which currently limits presidents to two terms.

A Republican House member introduced a resolution to amend the U.S. Constitution to allow President Donald Trump — and any other future president — to be elected to serve a third term. Rep. Andy Ogles of Tennessee introduced the measure days after Trump was sworn in for a second non-consecutive term in the White House.
