Curtis Lazar's time with the New Jersey Devils has officially come to an end. The Edmonton Oilers have announced that they have signed Lazar to a one-year, $775,000 contract for the 2025-26 season.

The club announced Wednesday morning that they signed right-shot centre Curtis Lazar to a one-year, league minimum contract for $775,000.

Since then, Lazar has become a reliable bottom-six presence, suiting up for the Flames, Sabres, Bruins, Canucks, and most recently, the New Jersey Devils.
