Bleeding Green Nation on MSNThe Evolution of Jalen Hurts: Part 2 - The Rise of Hurts’ Touch PassingIn Part 1 of this series, we looked at how Jalen Hurts learned to stop forcing the issue outside of structure. In part 2, I’m going to look at one of the more underrated, yet arguably more impressive areas of his growth, his development as a touch passer.
The documentary, Super Bowl Champions: The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles, is from NFL Films and Dan Silver’s BD4, and takes viewers behind the scenes during the team’s season, with quarterback Jalen Hurts and stars like Saquon Barkley leading the team to a dominating 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. The doc will debut on Friday July 25.
There's also a long way to go in the outside cornerback competition. Kelee Ringo, the Eagles' fourth-round pick in 2023, is the front-runner over veteran Adoree Jackson. With that status comes plenty of first-team reps against Eagles star receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Bleeding Green Nation on MSNThe Evolution of Jalen Hurts: Part 4 - How the Out Route Became His Best ThrowAs I continue to read the news and see analysts disrespecting Jalen Hurts, I am so glad I decided to do this series! I hope I’ve managed to cover the significant areas of Hurts’ improvement. I think Hurts is one of the best throwers of an out route in the NFL right now.
It turns out Superman is a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, and he’d rather keep Jalen Hurts running the quarterback sneak for the NFL team than try to move the line with his Kryptonian might.
