It appears fans are in for another long wait as the Dallas Cowboys drag out talks with Micah Parsons on a contract extension despite all the information telling them the deal should be done.

FRISCO – Stephen Jones said Tuesday nothing has progressed in contract talks with star pass rusher Micah Parsons. As the Dallas Cowboys entered their final week of organized team activities, the Cowboys’ co-owner spoke with reporters briefly as the team headed inside the Ford Center due to the windy conditions outside.

The Cowboys have had more than a year to sign Micah Parsons to an extension. They are not there yet. Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones indicated Tuesday he is not interested in talking publicly about their negotiations with the edge rusher.
