This MLB insider makes the case for the Cubs sending out top prospects for a specific Pirates pitcher at the trade deadline.
While there doesn't appear to be a clear positional fit for the Yanks -- Cody Bellinger is the starting center fielder and Anthony Volpe is entrenched at shortstop (Cruz's former position) -- Cruz would certainly add a power/speed dimension to New York's lineup as they chase the Blue Jays in the AL East.
