Street parking downtown along Boush St., Granby St., Main St. and Waterside Dr. has been removed until Saturday at 1 p.m. to allow for plowing operations. The York Street Garage and Brambleton Lot will be open until 9 a.m. on Saturday for residents who need parking downtown.

All snow and winter precipitation is expected to end by 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Hampton Roads and the Eastern Shore. Snow showers are still possible in isolated areas. Across Hampton Roads, closures and disruption to services continue. Schools have canceled or gone to remote options, and most city services have been postponed.

Meanwhile, Virginia Beach checked in with the highest total at 13 inches. On Wednesday evening, Gov. Glenn Youngkin said Hampton Roads was seeing up to 2 inches of snow per
