Tennessee officials are investigating a potential connection between two disturbing incidents: An infant was found abandoned in a car seat outdoors, and four people were found dead in a nearby home.

A man is in custody after police say he crashed his car on train tracks near 24th and Grand Avenues. The man is suspected of DUI. No injuries were reported.
