Idaho Judge Steven Hippler vacated the gag order in the Bryan Kohberger quadruple murder case at a hearing Thursday.

Goncalves has said he opposes Kohberger’s plea deal and would have preferred the defendant go to trial and face a potential death sentence if convicted.
