Four players who graduated from Wisconsin high schools were on the move before the Major League Baseball trade deadline.

The Brewers also acquired starter Jordan Montgomery in the Miller swap, but Montgomery is out for the season and a free agent after the year. Miller is likewise injured but should be back in August.

The Boston Red Sox can still make the playoffs, but they certainly did not do enough to help themselves at the trade deadline.
