Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said she’s “very confident” that the two people arrested in connection with the theft of her purse are in the country illegally.

Two people were arrested in connection to the Easter Sunday theft of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's purse, authorities said.

Noem’s bag was stolen by a masked man last Sunday while she was having dinner with her family in Washington, D.C.
