Sherry House is joining Ford Motor Co. as vice president of finance and will succeed John Lawler as CFO in early 2025 as Lawler transitions to the role of vice chair, the automaker said.

Sherry House, a former chief financial officer at Lucid Motors, began her career as an engineer at General Motors. She starts at Ford Motor Co. as the vice president of finance on June 3, 2024.

House, who served as Lucid's CFO since 2021, will continue in an advisory role until Dec. 31, the company added.
