We made the worst possible Aerosmith setlist. There was 20 songs, with 18 main set and two encore. Yesterday, we decided the twentieth and final song would be Train Kept A Rollin, starting the whole show over again. Our show went through four delays, at least five(but certainly more)deaths, and 20 insanely weird scenarios! It was fun Reddit!

Jun 19, 2015 · The Stones use simpler riffs, Aerosmith more complex ones at times; Aerosmith is much 'heavier' than the Stones (but it isn't really considered Heavy Metal). You can't really say "Well, Aerosmith is blues rock, that's why", because The Stones' primary inspiration was the Blues and what they've done since they started was riff on the blues.

May 5, 2023 · Man, Glad I saw Aerosmith back in 2015 (Salinas, CA - Salinas sports complex: total crowd ~18K ish). I get that touring stinks right now; but my goodness, semi-obstructed view tix for $140 ish (i'm guessing "semi-obstructed" b/c the price is about $200 ish less than the others). Also, arena sound (in general) is not a great as outdoor.

Sep 4, 2008 · The latter two are on another label. The earlier (and best Aerosmith) is on Columbia. A lot of Columbia remasters were done by Vic Anesini who usually does a very good job. The original Columbias aren't too bad either. The nice thing about the Columbia remasters is you get better liner notes.

Jan 1, 2022 · Why wasn't it included on an Aerosmith album? One possible explanation was the band wanted a new original song to appear on Live! Bootleg (1978). Another possible explanation is that this song strongly reminds of the Rolling Stones. Aerosmith was frequently criticized as being Stones knock-offs, so perhaps they were sensitive to this.
