Manatees “literally” turn upside down, smile, and stick out their tongue at the Manatee Viewing Center. Ha. All pics toward end of video, plus a clip of an eagle ray I spotted! “Literally” is a popular word with my 9yr old these days. In this case, I believe my use is just as iffy as when he applies it.
