A U.S. Border Patrol officer shot and killed a 37-year-old man in Minneapolis on Saturday morning, authorities said, in a city already on edge after the killing of a woman by a federal immigration agent two weeks ago. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said the man lived in Minneapolis and was believed to be an American citizen. The Department of Homeland Security said the man was shot after he approached officers with a handgun. "The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed sus
