Pecan had to go to the emergency vet this past weekend and she gave us quite the scare. She had chewed a cord and we took it and threw it out but she had snuck a small piece of the wire. Later that night she started throwing up and couldn’t walk or stand up. It was so scary and we’re so glad to have been able to get her cared for so quickly. She had her blood pressure taken (the vet had to really work to get the cuff on cause her arm is so short) and had X-rays and an ultrasound. She was also gi
