“Just a Quick Snip” ✂️👅 Mmmm No Thanks 👋🏽 🚫 While a frenectomy is an outpatient or less invasive procedure — it’s still a big deal. And like any other procedure, deserves pre & post-op care. It’s a huge pet peeve of mine when providers negate the value of this to families. Me personally? I don’t give my “blessing” until we’ve done the pre-op stretching and exercises. Doing these stretches & exercises is equally as important as the release itself, why?! 👏🏼Improves the tissue flexibility and
