Richard and Elizabeth Noe were victims of infanticide. Between 1949 and 1968, eight of the ten Noe children, born to Marie and Arthur Noe, died of mysterious causes. All eight children were healthy at birth and were developing normally. The deaths were originally attributed to SIDS. Two other children died of natural causes.
