The South African Police Service (SAPS) wishes all police officers that are taking part in the Cape Town Sanlam Marathon the best of luck. This year, 595 police officers are taking part in the two day marathon inclusive of the 10, 21 and 42 km race. The Western Cape Province has fielded the most runners with 109, followed by both Gauteng and the Eastern Cape provinces with 85 runners each, and Head Office with 80.
