I love using the slam ball and now that it’s not 108 degrees outside I’ll do it more often. You don’t need many reps to gain a benefit. In fact instead of quantity focus on just a few reps explosively. I’d save this exercise until after you’ve been exercising for a while and have some level of conditioning. | A Balanced You
